What's the difference between Free and Unlimited?

The Free plan covers 100 notes, more than enough for regular use. Unlimited gives you as many notes as you want (fair use applies), plus Markdown export and priority support, for €2/month billed yearly.

Are my notes private? Does memnage read them?

Your notes are completely private. We don't read them, we don't index them for ads, and we never use them to train AI models. Only you can access your notes.

Can I share a note with someone who doesn't have an account?

Yes. You can generate a share link for any note. The recipient just needs the link, no account required. You can also protect the link with a password.

Can I export my notes?

Yes. You can export any note to PDF or Markdown at any time, on any plan.

What happens to my notes if I cancel my subscription?

Your notes stay yours. If you downgrade to Free, you keep access to your first 100 notes. Nothing is deleted automatically.

Does memnage use my notes for AI or algorithms?

Never. Your notes are never used for algorithms, recommendations, or AI training, by us or anyone else.

Can AI agents read my notes?

Never by default. You can connect your own AI agents through MCP API keys, and they only see the notes you explicitly tag BOT_READ or BOT_WRITE. Everything else stays invisible to them.

Can I recover a deleted note or an earlier version?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Deleted notes go to the trash, where you can restore them before the retention period ends. Every note also keeps a version history, so you can restore any previous save in one click.

Do you support diagrams?

Yes. Write a Mermaid code block in any note and the diagram is rendered below it, in the editor and on shared notes.

Can I get notified on Telegram?
